Hemp Parmesan

Serves: 1 Medium Jar

Time: 5 minutes 

This hemp parmesan has become an absolute staple in my fridge. As soon as I’m coming to the end of a batch, I immediately have to make more! It adds SO much flavour to so many dishes – I adore it on pasta, chillis, stews, bolognese, salads and so many more dishes. It pretty much goes with all savoury dishes and I’m obsessed. It is also super healthy, so it’s a win win!

Ingredients: 

  • 100g milled hemp seeds 

  • 30g sunflower seeds 

  • 15g nutritional yeast 

  • 5g garlic granules 

  • 3g dried rosemary 

  • 3g dried thyme  

  • 1 tablespoon pink Himalayan salt 

Cooking Steps: 

 

  1. Blitz your milled hemp seeds and sunflower seeds together for a few seconds in your nutribullet. Only a few seconds just to break down the sunflower seeds.  

  2. Next add all your other ingredients and blitz again for a few seconds until combined.  

  3. Taste and adjust to your liking by adding more of any ingredient! 

  4. Don’t worry if it looks clumped together at first, mix it all around with a spoon or fork and it loosens. Enjoy!
